We had a second floor unit in the sea villas buildings, the property itself was well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, felt private and safe, and family friendly. It had stunning ocean views, a great pool (and pool area) for both kids and adults, was quiet, clean, and conveniently steps from the beach with walkways on both sides of buildings.
