“收了稅款，沒有收據。發現收多稅款50歐，與職員溝通，他們沒有禮貌又沒有說對唔住，態度非常差。 已掛了不用清潔門牌在門口，他們在我們離開房間後，入了我們房間不是清潔已是動了我們的物唔物品，關了我們的冷氣。感覺我們不在房間，職員可自出自入我們的房間，很不安全。 ”
