“Property was perfect size for our group. We had 4 couples, 1 single adult, a baby and 2 young teens. The home, decor and furnishings are beautiful. It was convenient to have stocked paper products like plates and cups but a bit unsanitary to keep used and opened condiments in the fridge and pantry.Loved having games available. A bigger water heater would be a good investment.Thanks again for a great weekend ts”

“We stayed at this property while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was midway between both families and in a cute neighborhood close to historic downtown Plainfield. My only complaint about the property is the political propaganda posted on the fences in the front and back yards. If you’re running a business you should realize not all your guests share your political views. Frankly I was offended when I pulled up to the property. The election is over. Take the materials down. ”

“Allen was an extremely attentive host. His house is a true find with everything you need for a comfortable stay, supplying everything you would need with a fully stocked kitchen. Whenever I am in town I would not hesitate to rent his home that guarantees a great stay.”

“We stayed in the back half of the duplex. It was very new and clean and the 5 of us were comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. The train noise is loud at times, but it was not an issue for us; otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. The walk to the train station is pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a garage.”

Loved being able to park in the garage. Could use more soap and towels for the showers. Maybe a crock pot for cooking. Clean and roomie!”
