“Booked the stay to get out of the city during the holiday. It had everything we needed: peace, quiet, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, dark skies, and a toothbrush to use since I forgot one. ”

“Home was lovely, very clean, well kept and inviting. The game room with karaoke, large projector, games was super nice and a big hit with the kids. We had a family fun dance party. The small town of Crestone was eclectic. The only downside were the mosquitos.”

“We could not get a hold of host for keyless access and to talk about concerns we had. I sent multiple emails and called him several times and left voicemails. He called us 30 minutes before our checkin saying he had never received anything from me. We ended up staying at a hotel and didn’t receive our full refund.”

“Had a great time in the San Luis Valley. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is far enough away to be remote but close enough to get to everything. Clean comfortable and quiet. Great for kids and families ”

“We were only here for a short time and wish we could’ve stayed longer! It was a cozy space with all the amenities described. My favorite part was stepping outside in the middle of the night to see the brilliant stars. The homemade paintings in the space were a great touch :)”

“We stayed for three nights with our two kids, 4 and 6 y/o. It's a great house, beautifully decorated. I LOVE all of the plants. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee grinder etc. The outdoor spaces are nice as well, although I'll admit that there were sooo many mosquitoes/bugs all day that we really couldn't use it. No AC, but it worked fine as long as we closed windows in the morning and opened them as soon as we could in the evening. Fans in the windows helped as well.……

“The house is beautiful and has a fun story behind it too--built of strawbales. It is clean, cozy and comfortable and we had a wonderful couple days there. Host was accommodating, hospitable and very quick in communication, check-in was easy, beds were comfy. The mountain views are stunning. The drive to Great Sand Dunes was longer than expected, but worth the drive. And walking around Crestone on Saturday was so interesting. Be sure to check out the 'Freebox' -- such a fun idea! ”

“We absolutely loved Erin’s place. Incredible views, and such a chill vibe. She also went an extra mile and had the place stocked with farm fresh eggs, coffee, cereal, waffle mix etc. all around great experience there and would stay here again in Crestone. ”
