“This property accommodated our families perfectly. We had everything we needed between the spacious inside and the outdoor patios. The drive to the sand dunes was very easy and we loved coming back to the hot tub to relax. I still can’t get over the views from every single window in the house, from the sunrise to the stars. It was magical. Would definitely visit here again, the only change I would make is fighting harder for the master bedroom :)”

“Location was perfect for our quick family adventure of the area. Beautiful view of the Dunes and the house had everything our family needed. Close to the park and Zapata Falls. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon. ”

“This is truly an exceptional property. It is unique in design. Hot tub, pergola with table and chairs and playground are a great bonus. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well stocked. Being remote is part of the charm. We will definitely stay again. ”

“The only demerit I have is: While, yes, the house is Minutes from the Great Sand Dunes, it's a good hour to get to the actual visitor center. The access they mention is to the back side of the dunes. Still amazing and let's you avoid tourist crowds, but my goal was to hike the tallest dunes which meant I had to drive to the other side. ”
