“We stayed in the Bootlegger cabin, which was somewhat detached and nicely secluded from the other cabins. The place was immaculate, and had all of your household needs- everything was in top shape and perfect working order. The area around the unit was genuinely perfect. The only thing here that needs to be made clear to other visitors is that there is a highway nearby. When it’s quiet, it’s very quiet, but at the busier points in the day it can be a little noisy. I would definitely come back-……

“The Bunk House is very quaint and peaceful…just what we wanted. It has everything we needed. It’s not far from town. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. There’s a little path that you can walk down to the river too. Highly recommend staying at the Bunk House if you are in Cañon City. Loved chatting with Shari, she is so sweet.”

The drive to the sand dunes was very easy and we loved coming back to the hot tub to relax. I still can’t get over the views from every single window in the house, from the sunrise to the stars. It was magical. Would definitely visit here again, the only change I would make is fighting harder for the master bedroom :)”
