“This property is a gem! From the spices, cookware, dishes, and towels in the kitchen, to the extra pillows, blankets, cots, and air mattresses for the bedrooms, to the boards and sleds for fun at the Dunes, everything was clean and well-stocked. It's a very private spot, so our family was able to just enjoy the getaway and focus on each other without the distraction of needing or worrying about the property. Communication with the owner and team was top-notch, as they sent clear check-in and……

“We couldn't ask for a more tranquil home with an incredible view of the Sand Dunes which was an easy drive to get to, as well as to Zapata Falls.Barbara is truly a super hostess answering all questions quickly, reliably, and her home had everything we needed - including a flashlight to go to the Dunes at night.We would love one day to return here with our grandchildren!! Anyone who appreciates the beauty and serenity of nature should stay here!”

“We stayed for three nights with our two kids, 4 and 6 y/o. It's a great house, beautifully decorated. I LOVE all of the plants. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee grinder etc. The outdoor spaces are nice as well, although I'll admit that there were sooo many mosquitoes/bugs all day that we really couldn't use it. No AC, but it worked fine as long as we closed windows in the morning and opened them as soon as we could in the evening. Fans in the windows helped as well.……

“The place was very clean and well stocked. We felt right at home and had a very comfortable stay. The location is close to downtown and all other area attractions. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend a clock or alarm in the bedroom but I would say this is one of the better places we have stayed and we travel a lot.
