“Great staff”

“非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。”

“This hotel is very clean and updated. Simple yet functional design. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. No microwave in room but there’s one in the main area. Chaz was friendly and informative.”

“This hotel was just perfect for our girls' getaway for Tulip Time Festival in Holland. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had a roll-in shower for our friend in a wheelchair. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again when in Holland!”

“The staff was very friendly and most of the hotel was well kept. The sofa in my room was a bit dirty (stained) and the edges of the shower/bath needed a tiny bit of repair. The elevator also made some sounds that were a bit discomforting. The breakfast was good and the snack area was convenient.”

“The windows were old and didn’t shut properly so we heard every sound from outside including the wind howling. This hotel needs a “refresher” ”

“There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.”
