“Situated in a quiet corner of Chania but close to everything the old town and harbour have to offer, La Maison Ottomane is an old renovated building with three unique rooms. All beautifully furnished with antique pieces in keeping with the building and decoration. But the really stand out thing is Andreas the owner and Alexandra the housekeeper. They take a personal interest in every guest and make sure you have everything you could possibly need. Andreas has so many good restaurant……

“Beautiful and unique space- so, be prepared to climb and then be rewarded for your efforts. We loved exploring Chania, we loved the property and wish we had an extra day just to spend lounging in the room and on the roof garden. We don't usually eat breakfast but would not miss this breakfast for anything, hot coffee, fresh juice, quiet old cafe feel. We truly appreciated the peaceful ,yet busy, mornings, smiling faces, and great service.”

“Super petit hôtel, charmant bord de mer, cocooning, je conseille à tout le monde un personnel très gentil. Au peti soin , super rapport qualité, prix, je remercie tout le personnel et Alma, la propriétaire est super gentille ”

“This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!”

“Preis-Leistung stimmt vollkommen! Schlafbereich schön, Zimmer hatte einen großen eigenen Balkon. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber, Strand/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ATM/kleine Tavernen und Cafés zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor der Haustüre Busstation sehr praktisch um schnell und günstig in die Nachbarsorte oder Hauptstadt zu fahren. 13 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Pool und Snackbar vorhanden Nachteile: Dusche veraltet und verrostet, wenig Wasser. In 7 Tagen wurde nur einmal das Zimmer geputzt und……

“Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wurde liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Ein kleiner Strand ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch um die Ecke. ”
