“Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeption hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, der Wunsch wurde uns sofort erfüllt. Wir fanden die Musik am Pool sehr gut. ”

Le restaurant principal offre une vue sur un terrain vague avec des gravats et des camions abandonnés ! La douche de notre chambre swim up est couverte de calcaire, la porte ne fermait pas à cause des charnières rouillées ! La soi disant plage de l’hôtel est à quelques centaines mètres où il faut payer pour avoir un……

“Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax”

“liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around ”
