“I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.”

“We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. “We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!!
