“We absolutely loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of four and dog. Our kids had so much fun exploring the house and grounds. The house had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen to cook meals. The property was well-situated for easy day trips to Tweetsie Railroad and Boone. Finally, Marc was a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and communicative. ”

“This is beautiful home with great amenities. Comfortable beds, nice linens, a well appointed kitchen. When the ad warns that you need an AWD or 4WD vehicle, pay close attention. The driveway is very steep and when we were there it was difficult getting in & out due to heavy rain. If you have the correct vehicle, or you don’t mind walking down the hill with your things, this is a wonderful place to stay. Manager was very responsive & helpful. ”

“Parking is terrible, only small soap bars and no shampoo (be sure to bring everything). Queen bed is completely wore out, needs a new mattress. Other than that the home is nice but was only in town for two days to attend a large family get together. Water stopped working Saturday afternoon. Had to go to family place to get ready that evening. Water finally working Sunday morning at 8:30. Waited two days for the leasing agent to offer something for the water being turned off. Not waiting any……
