“My family rented Robins Crest from December 28th through the 1st. We had nothing but issues which I know you are well aware of. From the start, we arrived at 4pm and our code was not working. We tried multiple times and the door wouldn’t unlock. Luckily a side door of the house was unlocked so we could still access the property. I did receive your email about a new code at 11pm on the 28th. 7 hours after check in. We had non stop issues with the heat. I sent your team multiple messages with……
