We had plans nearby in the evening but could have happily stayed in the lovely pub all night!”

“I absolutely loved my stay at the Nethleigh. I stayed in the room called The Snug, and it admirably lived up to the name. It was comfortable and very cozy. There was a small fireplace in the room with wood provided for a crackling fire, though I didn't make one. The owner had provided fresh milk in the fridge for my hot drinks, as well as a variety of teas and coffees. “Fabulous house bang in the middle of Axminster. Lived in Axminster for 6 years and knew where this was but not realised the size of the house. Back for the weekend to see friends, etc. This is an exquisite properly. Amazing room and cosy guest lounge so you don’t have to sit on the bed in the room. Great breakfast. Will definitely return ”

“The family suite was a great option for our trip. 2 teenage girls loved their room and we had a fab main-bedroom with superking bed. Bathroom was well equipped - the shower was so very nice - powerful and warm. We enjoyed spending time in the bar / lounge where premium drinks were offered. The team were on hand to help with any requests we may have had. The breakfast offer was really well enjoyed - cooked fresh with personalisation welcomed.
