“Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone……

“It was a really nice room with good amenities - bottled water, good coffee and lovely smellies in the bathroom. The rooms are above a pub, so it was busy outside late at night, but the windows are double glazed and they provided us with ear plugs just in case (I dont need them). The entrance is next door to the actual pub, which feels really friendly and cosy. However I think they could do with cleaning the doorway/entrance in the mornings (a quick bucket of water or something) as it wasn't very……
