“We had a nice stay in this small and cosy house!The equipment in the house was perfectThere was a lot to see in the environment, Exeter, nice little towns and villages near the sea arms. Buckfast Abbey, and we've made some nice walks in the big Dartmoor nature reserve, at the Steps Bridge, and at the Haytor Tor.But also the sitting area outside the house was a nice place to be.So we had a nice stay there!”

Comfortable hotel

"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter. Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
