“As always we had another lovely holiday in this brilliant property. It’s a real home from home. Has everything you need and is very comfy & cosy. The TV was a slight problem, but did not spoil our holiday at all. We are assured by Alex the TV will be replaced, so thank you for that. Our next trip is already booked for December so we can definitely recommend this cottage and Topsham is a lovely place to stay. There is a dedicated parking space at the railway station a short walk away and the bus……

“The bedrooms were perfect for 3 or 4 friends to share. The kitchen had everything needed. Its almost next to a pub with other lovely pubs within 10 mins drive. It was quiet and peaceful. ”

“(Enlish below) Wir haben uns in diesem Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt. Des begann bereits bei Empfang - der Vermieter hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und Tips gegeben. Das Cottage war sauber, gut eingerichtet und bot Platz genug für eine Familie mit 2 Teenagern. Das Cottage ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Exeter, ins Dartmoor und die ganze Umgebung. Allerdings braucht man, ein Auto. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter! We felt very comfortable in this cottage. It started with the welcome……
