“dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down……

“Me and my partner had a good stay at the Pond Cottage.The kitchen is extremely well equipped and stocked.Rooms are very tidy and homely feeling. Bathroom is clean and pleasant to use.We didn't explore the surroundings but the small animals around the farm were very pleasant to watch from the house. Yes you could find small bits of wear & tear but nothing took away the complete feeling of total relaxation. Yes we would & will book again.”
