“This is the second time I've stayed at Pebbles and I have a feeling it won't be the last either! The house is a gentle ten minute-ish walk down to Woolacombe and about 2 minutes from your nearest (beautiful) beach. The place has everthing you need should you want to cook 'at home' and the sitting rooms and bedrooms are really comfortable and nicely set out. The view from the balcony is AMAZING and it's lovely to set with the door open listening to the sea. Communications with the owner are……

“This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. ”

“We really enjoyed the space, the views, the insulation but also the ability to create a cooling air flow. Everything was practical and convenient. The front conservatory was a real hit. It gets very warm but the sliding windows quickly fix that: a great place to have breakfast, read quietly in the afternoon or just sit and enjoy the magnificent viewOnly gripes: • showers need shower curtains• couple of lights (or bulbs???) weren't working ”

“A lovely stay, here. Good communication before and during visit on Vrbo app from host. Didn't realise we saw the owner many times outside the property, as was never made aparent to us that the chap working in the garages and using the shared drive was the person I had been communicating with for almost a year about our stay. I think most people would expect a 'hello I'm "x" the owner hope you enjoy your stay' or 'hi, I'm "x" who you've been speaking with on the app' or something along those……

“Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.”
