“The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We walk to the city centre, shops and station in a few minutes or not more then 15 minutes. We love the old city buildings and beautiful coast and Dartmoor park. The sun blinds did n't really darken. That was a little bit a problem in the early morning. There is no elevator, not a problem for us but good to know before. The hidt was friendly and helpful. ”

“Just as its title indicates, this property is located in the Exeter Cathedral Close. The view is outstanding. This lovely flat is conveniently located in the center of town, a block from the High Street. The flat is well-appointed, modern, and very clean. Fiona and James were excellent hosts who endeavored to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our family lives nearby and we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Fiona and James.”

“The property was exactly as described and met all my requirements. The only thing I would suggest would be helpful is a shelf in the bathroom. Trying to put makeup on with nowhere to put things down was a nuisance. Overall I would recommend this property 100%. The owner was good at communicating and answered all booking queries quickly. There is an allocated parking space which is such a help. ”
