“On the high street so no parking at the pub, lots of nearby NCP parks, used the App and got a discount for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, carried our bags up to our room. The top two rooms (5 & 6) are not for the old or infirm, loads of stairs. Room (No. 5) was pleasant, bedding and towels clean, bed was comfortable with the windows shut there was no street noise. Didn't hear any noise from the bar which was open until 1am. Had a drink in the bar on arrival, typical city……

“Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone……
