“Hotel is local to many bars & restaurants. Public transport links easy to navigate. The gym & indoor swimming pool are added bonus. The hotel is literally right on the seafront with free parking. ”

“It was out of season and was only there a few days so hard to say really. Staff were very helpful and made such an effort with any request, cant fault their helpfulness. Very clean and quite, but agin out of season.”

“Beautiful B&B on a hill, but walkable to the bay and wharf and many dining options. The Bay Area is a little tacky with pin ball, casinos bars etc, but we had a very nice dinner at a spot called “Local” and it was walking distance to our lodging.”

“We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was……

“Our hosts Leigh and Vicky were very welcoming and the accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches like a borrow or swap books area and a bucket & spade library for guests to use in the summer months. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared to our exact request.
