“Hotel was perfectly situated, lovely staff. Our room was very basic and compact but was fine for our short trip. Decent price for location. Could have done with a shelf in the bathroom. “Lynne and steve were very friendly and helpful they provide an excellent service without being intrusive. The food was excellent always hot and plentiful. They could not do enough for your comfort. Will definitely be going back ”

“We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. ”

“Nice big family bedroom, bottles of water in the mini fridge. Keith the owner was nice. Breakfast was lovely, order what you want the night before. Downside the stairs were very steep and was on the top floor.”

“Beautiful B&B on a hill, but walkable to the bay and wharf and many dining options. The Bay Area is a little tacky with pin ball, casinos bars etc, but we had a very nice dinner at a spot called “Local” and it was walking distance to our lodging.”
