“This was a perfect location for us as we were driving and exploring the area. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were on site and were absolutely great hosts. One of our highlights on our vacation. The evening we arrived we were invited to have dinner at the hotel. This is a small establishment and almost has the feel of a bed and breakfast. “I definitely recommend the hotel. The room was very clean, well looked after, and comfortable. The staff were all great. Shout out to James, Ryan, JR, Emma and everyone whose names I've forgotten. Highly recommend the restaurant. The food was very good. We particularly enjoyed The Carvery. It was a breeze taking the train into Edinburgh, but I wish we had time to explore Dunfermline, it's a beutiful small city.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Lovat House - the room and bathroom was very spacious, the bed SO comfortable and the host, Joe, was a delight!!!
