“Overall a good stay for a fair price. Most staff was helpful except one front desk person I feel might be better off behind the scenes and not be the face of the hotel as the individual didn’t seem to me to be highly into the service aspect. Others were very good. There were problems with water coming out of the shower onto the floor. Restaurant at dinner is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable .”

“I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The Mountain View room was stunning—clean, spacious, and full of charm. I loved both on-site restaurants (the poke bowl was a 10/10!), and enjoyed two of the pools plus their hot tubs. Every staff member I met was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing, scenic getaway!”

“Absolutely beautiful, historic hotel. They did an incredible job restoring it and making it over the top welcoming! From the wine and books to the back patio, fruit trees, bicycles, beautiful furniture, fabulous linens, to the personal service and cozy atmosphere... I wasn't sure if I wanted to go explore Tucson or stay in and savor it. Service was lovely, personable, and warm. I look forward to a longer stay next time. ”

“Even thought 3 pm was the stated check in time there was no problem checking in early. The staff were all very friendly and we were impressed with the variety and tastiness of the free breakfast. Sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, egg,cheese and sausage biscuit sandwiches and lots of condiments good juice selection along with the waffles, bagles and muffins. They had a great cereal selection with fruit and yogurt, oatmeal and lots of toppings. Excellent variety. We would definitely stay again!”
