“I grew up here. Always a gem to be in the foothills. This trip staff was not up to par. Reception desk ignore that I had a young child with me. But took care of the pet. I had to seek and find treats for her like the activity book and fish food. Ignored my late check in and Lost my food credit. Dining Breakfast was disappointing along with the service. The pool service and food was the best and room service was great. ”

The location was convenient, and while the property could use some updates, it served its purpose well for our three-week business trip. If renovated, the price would likely increase. The fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge was a huge plus, allowing us to cook instead of eating out daily. However, breakfast could be better—the space was small, always full, and coffee ran out quickly. Despite this, it was a comfortable……

“I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. ”

“The King Suite was beautiful and had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and a full kitchenette with a normal-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. My wife and I loved our stay. The property is located at the back of Williams Center, away from traffic and other noise so it's very romantic. That being said, many restaurants and shops are close-by, within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up! ”

“This was unfortunately a mixed bag, the property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. For some reason they ran out of guest towels for the pools and didnt restock them for about an hour and a half, our room bathroom had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink drains whenever we used the sinks, and the property was undergoing walkway renovations during our stay which made getting to and from the parking lots and other areas on property a bit of a pain.……
