“Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Bed was super comfortable. The AC in the room was impossible to change. When I reported this, the desk clerk was very condescending and used a tone that was very unprofessional. I am quite tech savvy, and I think I can select a temperature on 99.9% of hotel units. If this one is so complicated that “this man” (which is what I was called) can’t operate it, then it should be changed…or better yet, provide directions. So our AC cooled to 66-degrees for 24/7. ”

“My wife and I went to Tucson for a long weekend for our wedding anniversary. We chose Cactus Cove as it looked like a beautiful, quiet place to spend a few days. “I grew up here. Always a gem to be in the foothills. This trip staff was not up to par. Reception desk ignore that I had a young child with me. But took care of the pet.
