“Very comfortable bungalow close to UF. Nice amenities. Bring all necessary food and condiments though as kitchen is bare of pantry items. No olive oil or cooking spray for pan. Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well.”

“My daughter and I came here for 10 days while horse showing at WEC. This property is is centrally located between WEC and HITS and would be ideal if your showing at either facility. Upon initial arrival the home appeared clean. However, when we opened the door to the patio/3 season room we were immediately hit with the overwhelming dog urine odor. We immediately contacted Rick who indicated the previous guest had a dog that created a tremendous amount of damage. He apologized and set the……

“The town house was clean, and had most of what we needed. We were there for two weeks. The area is very run down, and the neighbors are very loud and there was something fishy going on next door. Not the owner’s fault.”

“Flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate family. Inside was clean. Outside could use some cleanup. Parking was limited but had retail center across street. ”

“We loved the open spaciousness of the living/ dining area. This room got wonderful morning sunlight and we enjoyed simple breakfasts there. If you love coffee there are multiple brewing options! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is large and the pool looked inviting, it’s too bad we were there in January and the weather was not warm enough to try it out- will have to give it a 2nd chance at a future visit. There is a bit of street noise in the back yard but it can’t be……
