“The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was a good place to be in, especially for a family. The company is in the process of upgrading their new purchase, and are doing a fine job. I would suggest having small fridges and a microwave in the rooms, and real cups. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to staff!”

“Budget hotel. £24 a night. But it's actually a holiday inn express. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. WiFi actually is strong enough to use Netflix and prime. Pleased they've got the standard TV channels sorted.. I need a car jump start one morning and the guy on the counter didn't give it a second thought. Cheers mate. Any stays in Aberdeen will always be with you guys. Many thanks 👍”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“First time staying at New Inn, even though we have attended many events and meals over 40 years. Not disappointed. Check in fast and friendly. Room, cosy, clean and very comfortable. Staying at Hotel as we were attending an event. Food was excellent, very tasty with large helpings. Staff all very efficient, friendly and helpful. Free parking around the side of Hotel. ”
