“Cabin was very clean and well supplied with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. We loved the stream behind the cabin and spent many hours exploring and just floating in the water. The location was near many of the activities we were looking for such as mountain climbing and river tubing. Our last night provided clear skies and we spent hours laying on a blanket and star gazing. We had a great week and really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The cabin was a perfect escape after a stressful summer take away in the mountains. It looked brand new, so fresh, clean and beautifully done. The pictures do not do it justice. The views were breathtaking. Inside everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The host were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. “Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the stream. Waking up to the sound of it and finishing the day around the fire pit made the days seem long and lazy. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for two couples and a toddler. The master bedroom leads out to the back porch. “Beautiful mountain view from the front porch! We saw lots of deer. The beds were comfortable! It has a really nice fireplace that was easy to turn on/off. We spent a day at Tweetsie Railroad for Heritage Weekend which was 30 miles away from the cabin. We traveled to Mt. Airy to visit the home place of Andy Griffith which was one and a half hours away. We didn't bring pets but it is pet friendly and would consider it for another stay.”

“OFF THE GRID. 1 mile driveway leads to your own personal mountain cottage right next to a beautiful creek with three waterfalls house is well appointed even some extra kitchen items that were super helpful during our stay. Driving back out to the grocery store is a solid 45 minutes thank you so much for the coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra seasonings, no dishwasher, except for yours truly, but all other kitchen appliances provided were amazing. Bidets in both bathrooms should be mentioned……
