“First time to Phu Quoc with my family, highly appreciated our Butler Jane, Hana and all the drivers and staff, impressive performance helpful and serve immediately, whenever we need to help they reply immediately, 24/7 butler service check in at the resort, free buggy services, love the peoples in Phu Quoc they are nice and helpful even they can’t speak in fluent English

“No beach view, and the beach is far from the hotel. There are many mosquitoes, the private pool lacks a filtration system and is not clean. The homestay only has a metal gate, and the front door cannot be locked—security is only provided by guards outside the compound. No sea view, no gym, not close to the beach, and no free shuttle service. The only advantages are the well-designed interior facilities and the host's willingness to communicate.

“Very spacious property, and the beach is just 20 feet away. We were impressed. Too bad that we couldnt go to the beach due to the storm. Lan, the host, is very nice and very responsive. Due to the storm on the island, we couldnt stay the full 3 nights. Host offered us credit for whatever days we have left behind. Its a pleasing suprise since we didnt expect it. The driver was also superb. We forgot our tablet at the stay and he came back to pick it up for us while we were having breakfast. We……

酒店 到 Sonesea Night Market, 酒店都會安排Buggy Mr Hai 接送， 出入都方便， Night Market 很乾淨，每晚都會到 Night Market 購物。
整體都很好的，酒店到沙灘只要行2分鐘，晚上沙灘也有足夠的燈光，可以好好享受海風，小孩晚上玩沙也安全，是值得推介的。”

“This is the best stay in South Island of Phu Quoc through out our 2 nights 3 days vacation. We stayed on the fifteenth floor, and the view is spectacular, with ocean view and kiss-bridge view. You could sit relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beauty of the town, bridge, cable car, fishing boats, lights show, fireworks, and sunsets.”

"今次一家住了4晚，在海灘前排的房間，空間 大，整體服務及設施尚算滿意，價格合理，去樂園非常近，適合帶小朋友的家庭。
我非常推薦酒店逢星期三/六的BBQ自助晚餐，有火舞表演。氣氛很好。另外在沙灘上的The Haven Beach Clud也很有情調，住客的餐飲有額外折扣。
唯獨浴室比較不滿意，水不夠熱，開最熱也只有暖水，所以浸浴體驗不佳，浪費了浴缸，主房浴室也有點味道。"

"我book的是4套房的屋型，非常大非常舒適，床具和地面也非常乾淨，看得出有好好打理，基本上以這個價錢沒什麼可以投訴，除了在SPA前台工作的人員非常無禮貌之外，其他員工都非常有禮貌友善，會主動幫助你安排很多東西。唯一美中不足是浴室的水壓不穩定，水力偏低，洗澡時有點尷尬。另外，在生日那天預約了BBQ到會，太喜出望外了！估唔到呢個價錢有咁多海鮮同肉類， 而且質素幾高，其他前菜飯湯甜品等，係好似搬咗個buffet去你個villa 食咁，我哋個日係留係酒店玩，有見到工作人員set up, 整個過程佢哋都好認真好細心，如果你人多又懶得出去食飯，呢個villa BBQ 真係抵到爛！overall 非常滿意！"
