“Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even……

“Convenient and very accommodating ”

“靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。”

“What a great place! An easy walk from the ferry terminal. Great communication with Mike and John. We truly felt like guests in a guesthouse! So relaxing! Very personal. The opposite of our Hilton in San Juan! Morning coffee on the patio by the pool. Peaceful afternoons. Fun restaurants nearby. We lucked out finding this property! Dreaming of a return visit…the sooner the better!”
