“We had a wonderful trip to LA over thanksgiving! Sam was delightful and very responsive. The property was gorgeous, clean, and as advertised. The property was a bit cold and the water takes a while to get hot. It would have been nice to directly control hot tub heating so we could activate when desired, but overall the experience was lovely! We’ll be back!”

“Shuffleboard, beach volleyball, large table for card games and meals and a hot tub made the place enjoyable for all! Couple of minor issues arose, which we covered with the host. But for the most part, a great house for a large crew like we had. Thank you! ”

“We stayed for five days while recovering from a surgery done in the area. The home was cute, very comfortable bed, private coded entrance and covered car port. Felt homey and relaxing. Host was very accommodating, offered further assistance when discovered we were there for a surgery. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed a walk around the block the first night there. Would recommend!”
