“Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. Walking to the Middletown end of First Beach takes about 10 minutes!This cottage has been thoughtfully remodeled. We particularly appreciated the excellent air conditioning and electrical system upgrades. Space is well-used. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely appointed. “We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was perfect — all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our whole group. We especially loved the bright, open living space and the kitchen, which made gathering together so easy.
