“We had a great stay at Oakhaven Cottage. It's in a beautiful wooded area near Manuel Correllus state forest, with plentiful running and biking paths just half a mile away, and wonderful solitude and quiet. An easy drive to Vineyard Haven and West Tisbury towns/shops. We loved just relaxing in the Adirondack chairs in the front yard, reading and taking in the fresh air. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and kitchen areas. Accessible to both up island and down island. In all, we had a lovely visit and……

“My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!”

“This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!”

It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.”

“We were in RI for a wedding. The 2 bedroom home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of towels for us. It is conveniently located to Newport. We found a great coffee shop nearby and a bagel shop too. We would definitely look to spend time here again.”
