“Staff are wonderful the check-in was easy. The room was beautifully appointed and had modern facilities everywhere. I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems. ”

“Smooth check-in, free bottled water, capsule coffee, tea and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Sound insulation is not good but acceptable.”

“My favorite place to stay in Sofia: reasonable rates, close to subway and a few minutes to the downtown. Facilities and rooms are not new and would require remodelling. Bedding definitely require immediate replacement: fitted sheets must be used instead of old fashion regular sheets.”

“I always love staying at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. It’s in the best location of the city, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym and other facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I doubt I’ll even switch hotels when I visit Sofia (which I often do)! The rooftop bar is amazing too. ”

“We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……

“I really enjoyed staying in this property. The only thing I think they have to get better is first, not charge for the coffee, and second, have a little more options for breakfast. Besides that everything was just great. ”

“Charming boutique hotel tucked away in central Sofia. Recently renovated, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to prepare an early morning breakfast and to arrange a taxi to the international bus station, which was a huge help as we had a lot of luggage.”

“Everything was perfect with the exception of the lobby has no coffee and the restaurants are not open. If you want coffee early in the morning there is espresso in the rooms, but for regular plain old coffee could not find any but our stay was wonderful.”
