“Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! ”

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. “Anche se sull'app c'è scritto che la colazione è servita tutti i giorni non è così, c'è solo acqua e caffè all'ingresso. La via è piuttosto brutta, ma è molto vicino alla via pedonale.
