“Absolutely perfect hotel for our road trip from Cairns! We received a warm welcome from staff, and were offered a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and clean, and perfectly situated near downtown Port Douglas where we walked to all our meals and the beach!”

“ Great location to bases yourself at Cape Tribulation. This effectively is the end of the 2 wheel drive road. Our King hut was comfortable had a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In a semi private area the porch with outside chairs and table was a nice spot to relax. The shared facilities at the camp were great, good bathrooms, a large kitchen, refrigeration and coin operated washing machines. The on site Cafe offers breakfast and lunch. The camp has a swimming pool and……

“We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas.……
