“Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. “House has a nice layout, and cool temp despite very hot days. Parked 2 cars in back & walked everywhere. Stocked with coffee and cream, but also a nice coffee/breakfast shop right down the street. Great value & very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The accommodations are top notch that include a kitchen, screened in back patio, washer and dryer. “A clean, comfortable,, well-equipped apartment on a quiet street. Located near many great restaurants and free pulic transportation. Metro station only minutes away.Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our visit to DC. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking in, even though we ate Mediterranean, Thai, pub fare, Indian, deli and Italian at restaurants within a few blocks walk. Definitely a ten, and highly recommended. Would stay here again.”

“A lovely, thoughtfully furnished townhouse with interesting artwork in every space. The beds were very comfortable. Convenient location for sightseeing and a great place to come back to at the end of the day. We often enjoyed the outdoor garden space. The host is very responsive to any questions. "Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. "

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
