“We stayed one night In Alexandria and the townhouse was perfect for our needs. It is right off of King Street which made it perfect to walk to the waterfront for dinner and shopping. We had 7 people, mothers and daughters weekend and the multiple bedrooms/ bathrooms worked well for our needs.”

“I had a great stay at this location. The property was accurate as described and the photos were also accurate. The communication with the owner was very smooth and expedient. The location of the house is because it is in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping locations. We had no trouble finding Street parking. The AC unit is a little loud, but it works well. Additionally, the kitchen is very well appointed. There was a nice little backyard for my dogs, but walking around the……

“The most convenient location and the included parking was especially nice. We were able to walk to variety of nice dinner spots. The night we made dinner at home we walked to grab ice cream. House worked great - went into DC each day - metro is about a mile away - walking on King street so don't notice how far due to all the shops along the way!”

“Our family of 8 were in Alexandria for the commencement ceremony at American University. The location is fantastic! The popular restaurants are within a pleasant walking distance. The checkin process was seamless and the host, Floyd, was in constant contact (in a good way). The home was spotless clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend this rental!”

Unfaithful staff

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
