“We did a one night stay here to start our BC road trip from Edmonton. Good local to get on the highway to Kelowna. This is an updated old style motel. Doesn’t look exceptional from the exterior but our king room on the street level appears to have been updated in last few years. Nice comfy bed. Enough space on the bathroom counter for toiletries. A narrow table with a chair was okay but would have been better to have a second bedside table for phone, iPad and other items All good and desk……

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
