“This secluded home on a remote lake was very peaceful. This place is ultra clean, very spacious, and ideal for a family or friends. We appreciated the ‘no pet’ rule as both of us are sensitive. It’s close to Rice Lake for restaurants and local events there. Carrie also decorated this place with a simple but elegant understated beauty, so it was easy to maintain for us. We truly enjoyed our stay, as did my brother and his wife for one night. We hope to use it again in our future. Thank you so……

“Wonderful property, very responsive host, loved unique layout allowing for many guests without being crowded or noisy and allows for groups to stay up later or go to bed early. House was very clean and plenty of towels/linens and kitchen supplies. Great property for large group, would come back again. Maybe for kids 1 year anniversary. Hosting my sons wedding party made the event even better. Couple minor items not a big deal but handy to know broken big ice maker was told about so bought……

“The secluded cabin was perfect for dogs with stranger anxiety. They enjoyed walking the wooded dirt roads on long leashes. We enjoyed kayaking on a quiet lake and relaxing in the well maintained hot tub and sitting by the bonfire. Taverns, coffee shop and gift/antique shops all nearby.”

“We loved this treasure of a home that has been in a 1970s time capsule. Beautiful layout, perfet for family and kids. Adult sitting area separate from TV area. Not that the kids will want to stay in and watch TV with this wonderful yard, back sitting area, lake w easy dock access. We did not hear or see any neighbors w the tree line and fence. Private dock area also. LOVED... LOVED this experience. We brought along a lily pad and the kids spent every free moment in the water. Kitchen set up for……
