“It was a beautiful weekend. Had a fire the first night and got to see the reflection of the stars in the still water. Went shopping in town on Saturday. The people are so friendly. We went to have a drink at Sassy’s, and they were having their Halloween party, which was a blast. Everyone seems to know everyone in Town We will definitely be back”

“We really enjoyed our stay on the Chetek chain of lakes. The house was well cared for, clean and had everything we needed to make our family vacation effortless. The owners were very friendly and responsive and the location was perfect. It was very nice not having a lot of boat traffic to listen to while sitting outside on the patio but we liked that it was just a short boat ride to bigger part of the lake.”

“Clean and cute lake property! Kitchen fully stocked and lake area and side patio were a hit. Although it was cold out our children enjoyed fishing off the docks and kayaking! Owner very quick to respond . Would stay again if in the area! ”

“This was a comfortable cabin for our group of 6. We were not familiar with the area, so it would have been helpful to have much more specific information about the location (i.e., the fire# at the road where we turned, etc.). If the owner had not been available to his phone when we called, we could have driven around for a very long time trying to locate the cabin. While we appreciate the issues with having a holding tank, as a group that doesn't live together we were a bit uncomfortable being……

“We were looking for a lakefront location to take the family on a fishing trip. The cabin was perfect. We enjoyed fishing right off the dock, the lake view, sitting out on the patio, and making smores on the fire pit. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We would highly recommend this location.”
