“This was a great property for us germophobic people on a budget. Very clean. I do not like staying at hotels for cleanliness reasons. The first thing I do when looking for a hotel is check the cleanliness reviews. Because the reviews were good, I gave this hotel a try. It delivered. The one disappointing factor was that the health department closed the pool. That was concerning. I likely wouldn't have stayed here if I knew that. Health Dept closing anything gives us germaphobes anxiety.……

“Told them it was our 10 year anniversary but they did not seem to care. No room upgrade, no champagne in the room, and not a free anything. Could have given a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but didnt. There was free wine in the room but thats customary and not an extra. They do not tell you they charge for the wine opener and it was hard to tell what was free and what wasnt. Did I get charged for the slippers or the wine cork, etc.? The valet was pushy for tips ”

“The hotel offered a convenient location for our stay, and the staff demonstrated a high level of courtesy and professionalism, particularly the valet and room service teams. The valets were not only friendly but also provided helpful local recommendations. Room service was consistently prompt, discreet, and accommodating. “Everything was good, except people who paid for rooms,also had to pay $20 a day for parking, plus $80 deposit that supposed to be refunded after stay.Other then that,the stay was nice.”

“Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view.”

“Being greeted with my name on the TV made me happy. The beds were very comfy, and I had a good night's sleep. The fact that there big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and body creams is honestly very generous. I really appreciated my stay here”
