“The air conditioner is too noise and made me hard to get asleep all night ”

“The Milestone Inn is a comfortable, clean and well appointed motel room. The motel uses a contactless checkin with no staff on site which was a new experience for us. There was a local phone problem which rendered contacting the inn difficult prior to the stay. Rinal from the motel contacted us the day prior to the stay and walked us through the check in process and took care of any final questions including providing us with and alternate contact number. ”

“I slept here one night, and then the next day I found myself itchy in many parts of my body, and many bags were bitten by insects ”

“Very clean hotel!!! Daily housekeeping was a pleasant welcome surprise as many hotels post Covid don’t offer this. Very comfortable room with sofa area !! Used washer and dryer, and fitness facilities . Due to springtime, outdoor pool not open but they have been refreshing it getting it ready for opening. ”

“It’s a wonderful experience, and I never been stayed so long time in a hotel, the stuff are all very nice and friendly, they help me when I need help anytime, any questions. It’s a safe place and convenient, drive to Danbury Fair Mall , Whole Foods just need 2minutes, drive to Trader Joe’s 6 -7 minutes.”

“The property was being used as a homeless shelter, this should always be disclosed to the public.When we arrived there were 2 police cruisers and officers dealing with a family outside the lobby. The desk clerk insisted that we did not have reservations even though we did. Then when I retreived the confirmation from my car and he ran it through the computer It said my name ,but all the other info was wrong and he said, "just sign it!" which I would not. It took over 40 minutes to clear this up.……
