“Our family (two parents, two boys - 6 and 8) had a great stay. The house is right off King but the neighborhood itself is just as charming. There was good space for the kids and the bathrooms and beds were well maintained. I would recommend they update the key lock box in the future to make check-in/checkout easier and add a bit more security to a stay. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The location is a bit off the beaten path but very direct to get into downtown Charleston or Park Circle. The unit is cute, comfortable, has everything you need for a couple or small family. It's about the size of a large hotel suite. Nice selection of kitchen tools, some basic spices, coffee maker and coffee beans. Host was very responsive and helpful.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Swell Cottage. Everything was better than advertised. The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, mats, cooler etc.) made our beach vacation seamless. This was the first time we didn’t have to buy or rent things for the week. Lynn communicated everything clearly and was so geneelus. We can’t wait to return next……

The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back. ”

The rental was a perfect size and we spent a lot of time on the rockers on the porch!It was a short walk to King St., where there are many restaurants and shops. All in all, a perfect weekend!”
