“The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Park your car and you won't need it for the remainder of your trip. All of the necessities are provided but you won't find extras like beach towels, chairs, etc but for the price and location it is a great value.”

“We spent a few days on IOP for Spring Break. The condo was an amazing size for our family of five (it could’ve held even more people). Many, if not all, of the concerns expressed by previous reviewers have been addressed by the owners. There’s a new refrigerator, a big, comfortable sectional and the condo is in the perfect location. ”

Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper,……

“Condo was a nice unit with one big exception. The front door does not lock properly. It was in fact open when I arrived. That night i tried to lock the door but the dead bolt DOES NOT LOCK! I thought maybe that had something to do with the code on the door so i used the chain lock. At 1:45 am someone opened/shoved the door as far as the chain lock would allow (from the outside). The noise made was loud enough to wake me. I slammed it shut and used a chair to secure as best as i could. I could……
