“Great location, clean, quiet, perfectly size space. The balcony on the side was great for late nights and early mornings. Having a private parking spot was a huge plus as well. Bakery downstairs was nice too. ”

“My family loved using this property as our base to explore Charleston at Christmastime. It was across the street from an entrance to The Charleston Place so we could enjoy all that decor. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do (carriage ride, shopping, marketplace, restaurants). I would definitely recommend this property for people who are good with stairs and mobile. The parking space is a short walk and there are a few flights of stairs to get inside. If anyone in your party has……

“If you want on King St in the middle of downtown this is the place. Easy parking. Check-in was at four, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were texted at noon saying the apartment was available. The owner is also accommodated a late check out on short notice due to a change in our plans. We very much appreciated the owners flexibility. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The AC worked amazing and was actually chilly at times :-) I would highly recommend this……

“Great property and location next to King St and historic district. It is clean and modern. Beds super comfortable. Depending on day of week you might hear noise from the street at night. Also be aware there is no elevator in the building but the stairs are great exercise. ”
