“This is not about staff…who were all great. But a hotel that can’t give you a bottle of water or breakfast without you paying for it in advance (rather than on check out) has some serious trust issues. The staff were very nice. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms basic and small but clean. Plus the location more than made up for it. I just prefer staying somewhere where the system doesn’t think I’m trying to steal water. ”

“Just 5 minutes from a metro or 20 minute walk to town. Nice ti not be in the center of tourism. The building is older than America but very well taken care of. Room was clean throughout and well equipped. I stayed in an apartment for the space and laundry option as I was there a week and loved it. Also enjoyed a community dinner if excellent food and company. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend the Anderson room. ”

“Hotellet er helt nyt, flot og betænksomt indrettet med mange gode og smagfulde detaljer og lækre materialer. Skøn udsigt til operaen, tæt på Nyhavn og hyggeligt at gå langs vandet. Der var en flaske vin, gratis minibar og en cykel plus rygsæk på værelset til frit udlån, samt mulighed for at låne mange forskellige ting og god information tilgængelig. Morgenmadsbuffeten var lækker og med mange muligheder og venligt personale. Hvis vi får brug for en overnatning eller lille ferie i København en……
