“I met the manager when I arrived. He is very nice, introduced the detail of the equipment and gave me some snacks & drinks. The room is new & clean, the space is big enough even you keep opened your luggage. The design is good, you can find more than what you need in the room. "我要特別感謝櫃台的服務人員，其服務態度非常親切，當我反映住宿的房間內的洗臉台(Bathroom sink)有裂痕，可能會對使用者有險時，服務人員立即連絡幫我更換房間，而且是立刻解決，我非常感謝。此飯店最大的優勢便是離車站非常近，交通方便，也可以步行至美景宮(Schloss Belvedere)，以及步行至軍事博物館(Heeresgeschichtliches Museum)，甚至可以步行至老城區，也只要25分鐘，非常方便。我感覺奧地利的人民對於別人都非常友善，也很有禮貌，這是我第一次來到奧地利的想法，謝謝。"

"The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes. "
