“Perfect for two adult men who were on a 2 day fishing trip. Rural setting, plenty of area for us to shoot our bows, fry fish and hang out with a buddy, his wife and his dad. They are all locals and actually knew the horse and the owners. Our buddy who is a professional fishing guide at Nimrod lake, actually had been to the residence many runes evils in high school. Will be back every time I go to the lake. ”

“The house was great for what we needed! Location was convenient, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the floors weren’t very clean. I notified the owner when we got there. Unfortunately, he didn’t receive the notification until our check out. He was going to discuss it with the cleaners and offered a discount for a future stay to make it right. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“The house was so spacious! We are a family of 10 and and we never felt crowded. The kids liked the den with the TV, while the adults gathered in the living room or the huge deck with an amazing view. The house was spotless and the host was very responsive. We loved the privacy of the location while still being so close to Petit Jean State Park. Perfect!”

“From someone born and bred in Arkansas, here's my review. You couldn't ask for more out of the owner. A stand up fellow who had it stocked last minute for me and my girlfriend for Father's day: new rods, tackle, fresh worms, kayaks, paddle boat, fire wood, to name a few!Clean, pest free, beautiful scenery, plenty of space indoor and out, great fishing dock, boat house, launch ramp; you name it , you got it. Perfectly sized TV, high speed internet, in-house washer/dryer, great water pressure……
