“If you’re someone who likes to indulge in relaxation but feels like a space alien in a fancy spa environment, look no further. You can play outside in the forests and trails all day then apply your mud masks when the sun goes down. Sipping wine in the solitude of the sauna house with no time limits, service constraints, or logistical planning around my time to unwind was total perfection and I really hope to come back soon. The town of Mt. Horeb nearby is just splendid and I had so much fun……

“This property had everything listed and then some! Even without leaves on the trees, the views were beautiful. The scenic drive was gorgeous and not far from downtown Galena at all. We felt right at home from the getgo. Even though there are homes nearby, we felt like we had all the privacy we were looking for and it was nice and quiet. ”

“A lovely cozy cabin just perfect for relaxing. You can sit in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, hang out on the huge deck, or take a soak in the jetted tub. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pot and pans, enough cutlery, dishes, mugs and glassware. It was really nice to bring along the pup and have him feel welcomed by the hosts rather than a burden. I really appreciated the firewood on site and the local restaurant and activities recommendations too! Do be advised that this cabin……
